Update

It’s been a little over a month since my last blog, so I want to let you know what I have been up to and what’s coming up.

Well, surprise, surprise, I’ve been writing! This morning I passed the 25% milestone for the first draft. There’s still a long way to go but reaching the quarter completed stage is an achievement of note.

Next week I will be sitting down for a chat with the amazing Ruth O’Reilly of AllFM Community Radio which is scheduled for broadcast during the Sunday Tea Show on 22nd September 2024. If you can’t listen live, the show will be available on the AllFM Listen Again facility on their website. I will post a link to the show as soon as it has been uploaded.

As I mentioned in my blog on 2nd August, Rob Maybin of steampunkdotglobal has invited me to be part of the Authors’ table at Portmeirion Steampunk Weekend on the 3rd and 4th May 2025. I will sit alongside D R Miller, writer of the excellent Victorian Gothic trilogy, and steampunk icon Paul Eccentric, the Antipoet, performer, songwriter and author of the fantastic Periwinkle Perspective series. I will post more details as they become available.
